Our Founder

Michelle M. Stys, CMP
Owner/President
Always an adventurer and explorer, Michelle's career has spanned advertising, experiential marketing, luxury events and travel over the past 20 years. With an intuitive knack for the littlest details, she's known as a dedicated leader specializing in luxury automotive brand management, product launch training, high-end travel incentives and tech conferences. While leading the Lexus team at the word's largest marketing and travel company, Michelle witnessed her client's desire for a more hands-on, concierge-level of personalized service - one that lasted longer than just the new business or sales pitch. mc2 was born out of a genuine passion for client satisfaction and promise to deliver - with the highest levels of service and return on both investment and relationship. Michelle is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) from the Events Industry Council and received her Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in German from Michigan State University. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. When she's home, Michelle can be found teaching yoga and group fitness classes, swimming and boating in the Pacific Ocean, or spending time with family and friends. She's an avid college football fan, DIY'er and car enthusiast.
